I walked in terrified of the dentist. I can say the best dental experience I've had yet. The staff was amazing. I had a tooth pulled for my first time and it was as smooth of an experience as I could have had. Im so glad to have had such a good experience because now I'm no longer afraid of the dentist.
Growing up at a time when dinosaurs roamed the Earth, my dentist did not believe in Novacaine. So naturally, I took that childhood anxiety with me to every dentist appointment I have had until I met Dr. Joe and his staff. Absolutely the best! I honestly enjoy getting my cleanings now and five stars is not enough to describe this Office! 🦷🪥
Absolutely love everyone in this office. Everyone is very professional, empathetic, compassionate, and attentive. You can tell the staff in this office truly care about their patients. I recommend Catskill Dental Care to everyone I can.
Very quick. Didn't even wait 10 min and I was taken to my chair and Dr. Steres was super informative and gentle.
The actual dental part worked out except for the nasty part where he hurt me a lot when administering the Novocain. That was extremely uncalled for and the woman helping was annoying and they were passive aggressive and rude. You should be really sorry about that and so should the whole stupid town of Catskill, mistaking me for someone else. I was treated absolutely terribly in Catskill. You people have no idea what you did. Awful crime you all committed against my life!!
