Great professional service
We had hardwood flooring installed in our livingroom and it was one of the most seamless and professional home improvement projects we’ve done. We can’t say enough about the quality of workmanship, wide selection of products and final result. Highly recommend but may take a few months to schedual, they are popular and busy but well worth it!
I just contracted to have my bedroom carpet replaced. Service was great. I was provided with a time table from start to finish which was followed exactly. I received excellent assistance in ordering, initial site visit was on time, and installation was perfect. I cannot say enough good things about Dotty and Jim. I love the new carpet.
21st century outside- Sheila left the message to pick up my quote (btw - still didn’t receive it) Giving one star to Jim for coming over and evaluate the project! Poor customer management Failure to understand customer needs Lack of information Unreliable Lack of professionalism Have no sense of time frame Promise a lot but do nothing!!!! Stay away and don’t waist your time
