The reason for this review is to share my wonderful experience and results. I am very much a realist and Cryotherapy changed my life. Over the last 6 months, I've only added Cryotherapy to weekly physically routine. Now my body feels and looks 15 years younger. I frequent this place as my go to haven. Cryo is a must try; I love it and do it as much as I can. Sandy, the owner, is the BEST! Knowledgable, kind, and caring. The studio itself is clean, organized, and fantastic. The Cryo/drip experience is bar none my favorite!!!! If you are thinking about checking this place out you must. Awesome place to get 3 minutes of freezing that leaves you feeling refreshed right after. Definitely helpful from a rest and recovery standpoint as well. Worth every second.
Great sauna and Cryo experience. Do the fire & ice package…it’s a life saver if you deal with back problems. I sleep better and feel better mentally after leaving here
