This place is an absolute gem. Sauna and cryotherapy among others are great and reasonable priced. The space has a calming and easygoing vibe, and the owner is delightful and helpful.
For all of you who may have looked in the window or wondered what Cryo is. Next time don’t look in. Go in. It is life changing. I have been in pain with my knees for years (post replacements) and Cryo is my life saver. Even after my first visit I started to feel a difference. With Sandy’s knowledge and cryo treatments I am a whole new person. Thanks Sandy for being so caring and knowledgeable.
If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would, everything here is amazing from the staff, to the environment, and the equipment. Money well spent definitely will be a frequent customer
The reason for this review is to share my wonderful experience and results. I am very much a realist and Cryotherapy changed my life. Over the last 6 months, I've only added Cryotherapy to weekly physically routine. Now my body feels and looks 15 years younger.
