Lovely Catskill Cryo is a brilliant healing center where many miracles happen. The health benefits of infrared sauna, red light and cryotherapy are remarkable. We thank Founder Sandy D. for creating a beautiful, affordable space, a fun community, and for teaching us how to become our strongest and most resilient.
