Lovely Catskill Cryo is a brilliant healing center where many miracles happen. The health benefits of infrared sauna, red light and cryotherapy are remarkable. We thank Founder Sandy D. for creating a beautiful, affordable space, a fun community, and for teaching us how to become our strongest and most resilient. We did the cryotherapy and sauna. Sandy is awesome and very helpful. Would come here again if we visit the area
