For one luxurious week, Rebecca cooked for 10 of us, women writers at the Salty Quill Writers' Retreat, and she became everyone's favorite person on the island. Three meals a day for seven days, all prepared and ready, for women who usually do all that work every day for others is a luxury we (definitely I) would have no hesitation getting used to. We hired Chef Rebecca to cook for our party of 11 in Kingston and it was amazing! She was easy to communicate with, helped us create a perfect menu, made special food for our group members that were gluten free, and on time and professional. Here was the menu: Classic antipasto Salad of baby greens with shallot and balsamic Gnocchi with wild mushrooms, delicata squash brown butter, and sage. Chef Rebecca was extremely professional, understand and amazing chef! She was able to accommodate our group’s dietary restrictions while ensuring that all of the meals went together well. The portions were very generous so we were thrilled to have some left over for the next day. I would highly recommend hiring Rebecca!
