Receptionist is terrible at her job! What ever you do do NOT complain about the half hour wait! I did and said it was a joke. A week later I had a text message asking me not to return. After calling the practice manager it turns out the receptionist and dentist gave the practice manager false information about me which didn't help the situation. Practice manager couldn't care less about the patients and the way they are treated.

Very busy out of town surgery. Staff seem very friendly and efficient. All the usual services available, with slight emphasis on those that pay. NHS is a necessary part of the custom base. Not the best access for disabled patients there is a 200mm step at the door. If you phone ahead of arrival the web site states that a ramp is available, but I suspect this means it will be moved into position by one of the reception staff. Once inside there are several narrow doors adjacent to each other.

Very nervous patient here. Was made to feel very calm. My first time having work done for over 15 years without sedation. The dentist was absolutely brilliant kept stopping to ask if I was ok and made me feel very reassured every step of the way. Even offered to turn the music up incase the noise of drill was too much. 10/10
