Very busy out of town surgery. Staff seem very friendly and efficient. All the usual services available, with slight emphasis on those that pay. NHS is a necessary part of the custom base. Not the best access for disabled patients there is a 200mm step at the door. If you phone ahead of arrival the web site states that a ramp is available, but I suspect this means it will be moved into position by one of the reception staff. Once inside there are several narrow doors adjacent to each other.

Very nervous patient here. Was made to feel very calm. My first time having work done for over 15 years without sedation. The dentist was absolutely brilliant kept stopping to ask if I was ok and made me feel very reassured every step of the way. Even offered to turn the music up incase the noise of drill was too much. 10/10

I’m writing with a heavy heart following a phone call I had today with a receptionist at the dental practice. I was taken aback and quite upset to be told that I had been removed from the patient list, especially as I had attended an appointment only a few months ago. While I understand I may have had to cancel a couple of appointments a few years back, I also recall one that was cancelled by the practice.
