My husband and I took BOTH of our babies there, "Mr.Stinky Bottom" and "Rosie" here to be spayed and neutered, the staff was AWESOME! EXTREMELY kind and caring. My Mr Stinky Bottom had fleas, and we didn't know, ( as we had just found him outside abandoned and starving) THANK GOD we brought him here, they IMMEDIATELY gave him a flea treatment for us, ( saved us money for an exterminator. I wish I wasn't writing this, but we are devastated. After taking our cat to Cats Only for a routine dental cleaning last Tuesday, the hospital performed 23 unauthorized tooth extractions without our consent or prior approval or knowledge until after the fact. They ignored professional protocols regarding informed consent and basic care standards. Dr Wooley, Dr Brown & Dr Mostowy along with all of the technicians and Jared at the front desk are the best! They are so amazing with our rescue kitties (and my own kitties), even the fractious ones and are always extremely helpful. So grateful this practice exists!!
I brought my male cat turbo to get neutered and shots done I warned them he was a little mean lol but they did a wonderful job dealing with him and taking extremely good care of him he may not have been a happy cat at that time but the staff here did a wonderful job taking care of my baby and I also brought my other cat in to get some shots and they worked wonderfully with her too everything was explained to me properly the at home care was explained wonderful jared made sure I had every question answered every time I asked ... read more
