I would have given zero stars if possible. I went in with my very sick cat that needed a procedure that day and was turned away service because I asked about the costs of the bill as it was very high, over 2k. I have never been treated this way in my life. I had to take my cat to an ER vet for the procedure, it costed $700 less and my cat is still with us. Sad to see how they run their business.
