Great from the first call all the way through a week after the visit. Very friendly and great at communication.
I have been taking my cats to Cat's Only for 8 years in Upper Arlington. Dr. Pam Austin is awesome and caring They specialize in cats. The staff are kind, knowledgeable and so caring. I highly recommend Cat's Only.
Unfortunately, we had to have our 13 year old cat put down but Dr. Austin was so comforting to my family and I during this process. If and when I get another cat they will only come here in the future!
We cant stress enough how much we love it here! Dr. Bick is outstanding!!! The care she gives is unrivaled! She is so sharp and remembers every last detail! One of our cats is epileptic, so we really go the full stretch for him and every worker makes us feel validated and heard. Big shoutout to Meg- lead surgery tech in answering my very in depth questions. She took time out of her day to educate me on diagnostic test results.
