Been a client for over two decades but the service has drastically gotten worse over the past few years. From them missing a positive result for worms to leaving us in the waiting room for an hour after forgetting us, to the consistently poor written and verbal communication, to lack of scheduling opportunities, we can’t do this anymore. This is too much and it gets in the way of our cats’ health. We will be going elsewhere, unfortunately.
I trust Cats Only in Upper Arlington with my two sweet cats. The staff is kind and communicative. I highly recommend them.
Often the administrative staff is overlooked in regards to treatment for your cat, the wonderful administrative staff at Cats Only staff is one of the reasons my cat is getting the best care. Thank you.
