Staff was very helpful.
I was planning on making this practice my primary veterinary office after moving to Rochester. But when my cat killed a bat, this clinic refused to not only see him, but told me I’d have to wait 4 weeks or more to even get an appointment. You only have 24 hours after rabies exposure to get a rabies booster shot. My phone call was such a negative experience that I would rather use any other veterinary practice than this one. Cat didnt die
They took my cat immediately and gave me an immediate diagnosis. I was so grateful. My cat had laboured breathing and I was pretty scared. They were very thorough.
