In response to prthatrocks – This is in response to a negative review posted by a less than satisfied customer. You sound like the type of crazy pet owner that would be better off never taking your pets anywhere except the vet. The Cat's Cradle is an exceptional place to board your cat and the owner Jan and staff are competent and highly qualified. Best Kitty Boarding in Marin!!! – I have been boarding my cats here for 7 years and have yet to have a bad experience. My first cat, who is sadly now dead (at the old age of 16), was a little skittish and fearful whan boarding and the staff were very understanding and sweet. Excellent care of cats! Place for them to be out with other cats. – We have used them for 10 years with wonderful care and would highly recommend them. We had our cat there for 4 months because we had to be out of the country, and they checked on him and gave us reports. No problems with billing at all, at any time.
Best kitty hotel! – It is cat summer camp... the most wonderful place to take your kitty kids for boarding and grooming!
If you love you cat, you'll never subject them to being boarded at this Catcentration camp. – I would avoid this place at all costs. I used them twice to board my two animals, the first time for a stay of only a few days, and I had nothing but billing issues when I picked the animals up. The staff may say they love cats, but they sure can?t figure out how to use a calculator.
