If you're in the LA area and you want a gym experience that's 1) COVID-compliant, 2) personalized, and 3) EFFECTIVE, then you absolutely have to go to Cat's Club Fitness! I feel lucky that I found this fitness club(during my Visit to LA) which did teach me many nuances of fitness ,despite me being into lifting weights for last couple of years I never really understood the anatomy around every type of exercise.Being Coached by Cat has taught me that, fitness is not just about aesthetics but being able to engage every body part in day to day functional movements so that we face less injuries .If you want to understand the subtle but profound difference between flexibility and mobility then this... read more

Cat's Club Fitness is a great gym for athletes of all genres. The private space offers a range of equipment for all of your needs. If you need a new gym home, a personal trainer, or a space to work with your own fitness clients, Cat's Club is the place for you.
