They lost one of my shirts and I could not get a phone number of someone in charge to resolve my issue. I went in to the store and was finally given the number of a supervisor. I spoke to him and explained that one of my shirts was missing and he did nothing about it. He would not replace it and did not offer anything for my loss. I have since changed cleaners.
