Unfortunately our insurance company sent these guys to our house after a house fire. From day 1 there was almost no communication about when things were happening. THEY chose my bathtub and never bothered to ask me what one we wanted. Wrong flooring throughout the house. Even though I specifically told them multiple times. Our sump pump failed and our basement flooded. CatRec was absolutely amazing during a really stressful time. They were prompt, super kind, and everyone we interacted with was just genuine and helpful. They checked in regularly and made sure everything was taken care of for us.
These guys are the cream of the crop. We had kitchen drain issue that required our kitchen to be torn to the studs. They do absolutely beautiful work, constant communication, clean up at end of every day, and I just can not say enough good words. These days, it seems that everyone is out to pinch everything on you and bot seem to care that they are in your home working. Every single person we had here for 2 months of work was fantastic and knowledgeable
I had a pipe in my laundry room freeze and burst during the 2019 Polar Vortex. My basement had standing water and I called nearly a dozen companies to ask for help cleaning up. All of them were too busy with other issues caused by the cold weather and told me it would be days before they were free. Cat Rec sent two people out within a few hours!
