I had to take it back after the initial repair to replace the valve cover gasket and thermostat. Thermostat seal leaked onto AC belt which caused belt to dislodge and shred. I had to het towed and repair it myself. They exhibited poor communication while they had my car both times. In retrospect, I saw no mechanic’s certifications on the walls. I regret taking my car there. BEWARE!
I’ve taken my cars here for years. For the most part they do a good job. It’s best to take your car mid week if you can. They get pretty busy going into the weekend. There was only one time I had to wait forever for my car with no updates. I kept having to call them. Any other time it’s been pretty smooth.
