When someone pays for full-bleed they expect full-bleed. Not telling a customer for several orders that you are not printing full-bleed is called fraud. No refund for that is obviously unacceptable. Also, 4 inches by 4 inches means just that. Not 3 7/8 inches by 3 7/8 inches. They actually cut a reprint (due to their mistake) an eight of an inch too small in both dimensions.
