The water here is magnificently blue green. Parking is limited but in several spots. Beach front is also limited so come early to grab your spot.
We visited Cato’s Bridge after seeing all the stunning Instagram reels and glowing reviews — but unfortunately, we were completely disappointed. Instead of turquoise water and a tropical vibe, the place looked more like a drainage area. The water was murky, filled with seaweed and trash — plastic bottles, bags, and various debris. The shoreline didn’t feel safe or well-kept, and swimming near the bridge didn’t seem like a good idea at all.
