Purr-fect calm environment! Wonderful staff and cats!
My experience at this cat cafe was a little disappointing, as I had high expectations going in. The staff and service were great, but the visit itself wasn’t what I hoped for. There were only about 5 or 6 cats out, and they really weren’t interested in interacting with people, not just me. If you tried to pet them, some would react defensively and I even got hit by one. I love Catoro!! I’ve been coming here since 2022 & it’s still my favourite local spot to come chill with the cats! The staff are always super friendly. They take lovely care of the cats and get to know each one like their own. They keep the cat forest very neat and clean for the kitties. If you’re a cat lover like myself it’s a must to come to Catoro and see all the wonderful cute cats! There’s no one else I would rather support in my city than to support them. If this was Amazon, I’d get a refund for “inaccurate website description.” According to Catoro, “Inside our forest-themed cat lounge, 15+ adoptable rescue cats are waiting to meet you!” We were there yesterday and there were ***ONLY SIX CATS!*** By our booking time 6:10-7pm, most of the cats had “already been touched by 100 people” (per the staff) and were understandably trying to avoid people.
