Have had no issues and they're kind and courteous.
Gate to leave never opens no matter how much you reverse and move around. You have to call to get them to open it and it’s very inconvenient. Posted this back in February and it’s still true. Said they would contact me and have yet to do so.
Most of these employees can't speak good English, or that was my experience. I wanted to rent an outside storage space for my 16 ft trailer. The first lady I talked with kept telling me they didn't have a storage unit large enough for my trailer! We went around and around on that. She finally got it. I didn't move in then; it was the next month I went through this all again. That lady got so mad she actually hung up on me. All I was saying to her was I couldn't understand her. Person I spoke with named Cherry was very helpful and understanding and helped me with all my problems.. plus everything was done online. Very clean and secure
