Need someone in the office at the catoosa location, and make it easier to call. I called for 9 days straight and nothing but busy signal. I sent a email and they replied to call the number I can't if it's always busy
The new owners raised rates and refused to honor the rate I signed up for and now they are adding additional fees for insurance. I was paying $100 a month and now I’m paying $153. I have yet to have a manager contact me. I want them to honor what I originally signed to pay for rent or I’ll be cancelling and going to another storage place.
