The acting DA for this county, DOES NOT, do their job at all. They've been consistently doing nothing, imprisoned many ppl without any kind of evidence, and completely let the American ppl down. Would not recommend moving to Georgia or near this DAs place of work, if you want justice you will not find it here.

I don't know how a judge is aloud to force a young man into signing 20 year sentence but that's what happens to my son in Catoosa county superior court he was told to sign 20 years do 5 or he would do the whole 20 when took to trial that was only option and he could not fire his public defender, this is not right I'm not gonna quit I'm contacting everyone you all should be ashamed my son needed help not thrown away may god bless your soul!
