Technician was professional and personable.
I and my wife are very satisfied and happy with both the new toilet and outside Fawcett. Catons Plumbing and the installer Jason were very efficient and professional. I would definitely recommend them.
I called and explained the issue with my shower drain, and they said they'll send someone out within two hours. I'll update my review accordingly, once the job is done, but so far I'm impressed.
The only concern I had was why the toilet continually leaked after 3 adjustments were made and a new toilet was purchased to correct the leak. The technicians were very professional
