The past two weeks I’ve been having an issue with the drain for my washing machine backing up, I called Catons, the first guy that came out didn’t even observe the water backing up, nor did he fully test to ensure it was clear after saying he snaked the drain. The second guy also didn’t run a full cycle, and only ran it on small load, so there wasn’t as much water going down the drain. The technician was professional. He did a thorough check before taking drastic steps, such as cutting open the ceiling. He quickly diagnosed the problem, which demonstrated expertise and years of experience. He answered questions and explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. I was very comfortable working with him. He provided excellent customer service!

Ryan was such a huge help! Not only was he punctual and pleasant, but he truly cared about helping us find a solution for our outdoor hose hook up. He emphasized the importance of keeping the integrity of our old row-home’s brick and gave us a solution to our problem. His attentiveness and overall customer service was top tier. We will definitely be reaching back out to Ryan if we need more assistance with plumbing.
