I want to share my work with Jamal, who reached out to help with remediation after a colleague helped us with a plumbing leak. He was courteous, patient, and extremely helpful. When we had tons of questions, he took the time to answer and explain the process, what to expect, and worked with us to assuage our concerns. Very happy with his customer service and glad we worked with him so far.

The past two weeks I’ve been having an issue with the drain for my washing machine backing up, I called Catons, the first guy that came out didn’t even observe the water backing up, nor did he fully test to ensure it was clear after saying he snaked the drain. The second guy also didn’t run a full cycle, and only ran it on small load, so there wasn’t as much water going down the drain. Was worried about kitchen faucet. They came out fixed right away. Very small fix but it worked.
