Sabrina at the main Desk is awesome and deserved 10 stars, however, their installer named Mike is rude and has terrible customer service. How do you have people working for you that treat people in a rude manner, your customers.. Mike installed some equipment that is currently not working and when Sabrina asked me to swing by the shop, she informed Mike that I would be stopping by.
