I selected Dr. Caton several years ago because of great reviews. Recently, I visited the office four times in less than two months to figure out what's my health issue is. The NP prescribed different antibiotics that aren't working. Dr. Caton only saw me the last of the four visits to explain that I needed to see a specialist, and her bedside manner was very poor. I love Dr. Caton. She isn't afraid to address multiple issues in one visit unlike other Dr.s. She really cares about her patients and it shows. Also very knowledgeable about the meds she prescribes.
On TRICARE it says that they are taking new patients. I have stroke like symptoms. She tells me they are not taking any and her smart remark was you should’ve had a PCM prior to this happening … I advise you need to get a new clerk to run your office
Dr Caton takes so much care and spends good amount of time to explain. We are happy that we came to her.
