Asked if they could come out and check hot water in shower. Refused to come because my husband, the nicest fellow who tips people who work for us, was "rude" to someone they sent out.
Extremely happy. I called today because we were having trouble with our water heater. From the time I called, they came out, fixed the issue and left, it was only 3 hours. Price was very fair. The tech who came out was very polite and respectful. Once he confirmed the issue, he explained everything he was going to have to do.
Curtis and his team did an amazing job, installing my hot water heater. It was as pleasant as having an old friend around. Fast, extremely polite. 6 stars would recommend.
Catoe & Sons Plumbing is an amazing company. They are professional, reliable, and knowledgeable. Curtis, Mark and George are outstanding and and are by far the best to work with. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs!
Hands down, the best in the business! Reliable, professional, reasonable, honest!! I wouldn't even consider another. Just replaced all the original (frozen) valves in my 60+ yr old house, including outside shutoff. Done perfectly and timely. THANK YOU!
