By the way these guys drive around town in their own company truck with road rage just shows the level of unprofessionalism. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone nor trust them at my home.

Extremely happy with Catoe & Son Plumbing . I called the company because my bathtub faucet water was dripping and leaking . I was referred by a handyman friend. I spoke to Curtis and he responded to me positively and quickly, I feel like I am talking to a good friend, day after the call my faucet issues were fixed by Christopher. Christopher was very respectful and knowledgeable, he takes his time and carefully repair my faucet. Highly recommend their services to everyone that needs plumbing service.

Asked if they could come out and check hot water in shower. Refused to come because my husband, the nicest fellow who tips people who work for us, was "rude" to someone they sent out.

Extremely happy. I called today because we were having trouble with our water heater. From the time I called, they came out, fixed the issue and left, it was only 3 hours. Price was very fair. The tech who came out was very polite and respectful. Once he confirmed the issue, he explained everything he was going to have to do.
