Walked in the store 2 times in a few weeks to look and possibly buy something...never was greeted or acknowledged by 2 women associates. Walked within 4 feet of them behind their counter and only one other customer in the store...poor salesmenship. They both looked at me several times and keep talking amoung themselves about small talk..so i walked out and still didnt get a thank you or any acknowledgement...sad for cato's in waynesboro,virginia

All the ladies here were super helpful. This store is well laid out and easy to mix and match outfits. Large dressing rooms and I can't say enough about all the wonderful ladies who work there. EXCELLENCE! They all make you feel special. Thank you ladies for helping me pick some wonderful pieces.
Great place to shop. Staff are always nice and friendly. I have never walked out of the store empty handed. Thanks for great service.
