The doctors here are highly skilled, but the experience is significantly undermined by the extremely rude manager, Joanne. She is consistently unprofessional, often ignoring emails and failing to answer questions. There is a complete lack of kindness and empathy in all interactions. This behavior makes dealing with the practice incredibly difficult. Given that some of these cardiologists are available at other practices, it would be worth seeking a more pleasant patient experience elsewhere. Avoid!
Professor Strathmore was absolutely fabulous. Extremely thorough and took the time to patiently explain my results. The secretary however was plain rude and made me feel very uncomfortable due to my referral not being from the usual doctor and the “extra work” it would create. Disappointing given my wonderful experience with the Doctor himself.
