RecommendedHad Cato come run lines into my home for two propane fireplaces, one existing which they also serviced and another brand new one. The guys who came out were fast, efficient and really informative and left me with a little propane in the tank till they could schedule a fill up, which ended up being next day. Thanks Cato. Glad to be a customer.

I have never seen a company go above and beyond for their customers! I want to personally thank Fred for all that he did in making the transition for me to become a new customer! He is truly remarkable and I'm so glad to be apart of the Cato family!!!

Just wanted to send a big Thank You out to your company and Phillip Church!!! Went from underground propane to natural gas and my home could not be converted and was turned down by 4 companies for above ground propane tank. One phone call to Phillip and he went above and beyond to get the job done!!!! Look forward to doing business with you and will be referring friends and family to your company. excellent service! Always there when we need them
Delivered wrong amount (more than what I asked) and didn’t even bother to say anything. Just sent a bill saying there was a balance (even though I prepaid). Had to call numerous times to get someone to adjust invoice and another handful of times to get a corrected invoice sent. When they finally do send an invoice, it’s not an invoice but an “account hold” notice instead. First time using this company and service has been horrendous from start to finish. Will never use again.
