Store itself and lady that helped me with the fitting room and checked me out get 5 stars however manager (?) who was yelling at an employee from across the store during my recent visit on 9/14/24 between 11:00 & 11:30 am gets zero stars. Her action was unprofessional. I was uncomfortable and I’m sure the employee was embarrassed but she handled the situation like a boss. Well when l entered the store, l was definitely not greeted by any of the sale rep, and there were three females working that day, and it made me feel very uncomfortable, the salesperson just walked right pass me, and never said a word.
I buy something every week after work. I have always had a good experience shopping there-until yesterday. I was looking for a particular color outfit and while jumping from rack to rack, noticed a lady following me (even in that small building). At one time a turned around and almost ran into her. She was "adjusting" clothes that did need adjusting, smoothing wrinkles out of clothes on others and looking my way every few seconds.
