Made an appointment two weeks ago for today. My appointment was for 1130 got there at 11:10 took my all my information was very very very rude at 12 o’clock came over and told me that they can’t be seen today that we could bring one back tomorrow now mind you we’re not close said we could bring one back tomorrow yeah we’re gonna bring one back when both of them need to be seen very rude. Very unprofessional. Never woke. Go back.

Staff is ignorant. Waited 45mins today only told they're not doing boosters because they're short staffed -- that part, while inconvenient, I get. My problem is with the woman checking everyone in. I tried to check in when I got there but she ignored everyone and waved them away while huffing and puffing about how busy she was and that she needed a cigarette. A friend of mine had used this place to get her dogs spayed before so I thought I trusted them. I made an appointment for my dog. A friend of mine made an appointment for her dog. We were told that if we brought them in, it would take three hours so we decided to go have breakfast prior to this coming in with our two dogs we filled out paperwork had them Waide then they came out and gave our dog shots right in the waiting room to put them to sleep instead of taking them back and doing that prior to surgery so you had to hold... read more
This office is pretty great.. They have always returned messages and helped out with appts when we were in need. The office ladies were always professional and very nice to us and our animals. We definitely recommend this office! (The pricing is pretty great too! Especially when you have daughters that need to help every injured animal in the county!!! Lol.) Thanks again ladies!
