I called as a homeowner looking for an electrician and was hung up on twice. When I called back and politely asked if he was interested in additional work, he said “NO” and hung up again. I was never even given the opportunity to explain the scope of work, provide the address, or share any project details. I was nothing but polite throughout the interaction. Very rude and unprofessional behavior from a business owner.
Catman Electrical Contracting was hired to install three 6" wafer lights and Lutron dimmer switch in my upstairs bathroom. The electrician called and showed up on time for his meeting with me. He performed all aspects of installing the wafer lights over my bathroom sink and vanity w/o problems. He tested his work to ensure lighting performance and discovered that the new dimmer switch did not work. He promptly indicated he will return with a new switch on days to be arranged. Catman came out to handle a few outlets that were not working in Dallas PA. We plugged in a few space heaters and it caused our whole system to trip. They came out, checked the issue, came up with a solution and in less than a day our home was back up and running. Great guys, highly recommended.
If you are in the Back Mountain area and need a high quality local electrician, then call Catman Electrical. They are fast, responsive and knowledgeable. We have used them a couple times for small issues and even got our panel updated with them. The process was always easy from start to finish and we could not be happier. Thanks Catman.
