In store service was great, but service after the sale has been awful. I contacted Catlos on Oct 16 regarding the broken frame on our couch. I have repeatedly followed up to get a status on the replacement and have been told they expect the couch any day now.. that’s been 4 weeks ago and still no couch. I have to initiate all contact and its days before I get a response.
We've made a few big purchases over the years at Carlos. Always good quality. Always good service.

Catlos Furniture has amazing customer service!! Our sofa got damaged getting delivered and they were so kind and helpful to help us out with the problem. Because of the great customer service I will definitely shop here again! They had great prices and we LOVE our new sofas! Jake helped us out and we couldn’t be more impressed with the timeliness and quick response he gave us. They deserve a 10 for sure in customer service! Thank you for making our problem right...AMAZING!
Catlos was great!!! They worked with us on tracking down a piece to our sectional which was 4 years old and even honored a deal made by the previous owner when they didn’t have to. They went above and beyond.
We bought a bed that was missing a piece when it came in. Even though this was frustrating, it wasn’t their fault and they worked hard to get the right piece.
