Big time customer service in a small country town! Blink and you’ll miss Catlett. However, we do have a traffic light, and Dave’s (what our family calls Catlett Service Center) is just down from the intersection. Dave is someone we trust, and his prices are fair. We’ve had our share of bad experiences with service center chains where their motive seems to be finding something wrong or trying to up-charge you in some way. Incredibly nice and helpful! I have been here several times and they have even gotten me in last minute and with a lot of grace. They were even able to get me in today for a battery replacement right before the Thanksgiving Holiday! Truly so grateful to have them in our tiny town!
