Catie is an excellent practitioner very patient and helpful I've been working with her for year's my hearing without hearing aids is almost nonexistent she has kept me fit with top notch hearing aids for more years than I want to think about I'm 87 now an getting ready to go back for repair of my left hearing aid! Never never take your child to see her. She has no patience and is very abrupt. Equipment was not geared towards toddlers. After 10 minutes of running around the office, it was deemed my 15 month old son needs to be sedated for his hearing test(special procedure). The office next day sends me dates for pre op and surgery dates. This does not require either. Fast forward 1 week later we take him elsewhere and he does not need to be sedated. Passed his hearing test easily with a more patient audiologist and better prepared off... read more
