We purchased property from Catie Gentry with a newly drilled well that we understood to be a functioning water source. After closing, we learned the well was not producing a usable water supply and ultimately had to drill a new well at a cost of $11,082. Catie was an absolute rockstar for us. We were looking to buy land in TN from out of state in order to start building our dream home. We were pretty picky in our needs and what we wanted and she ensured she kept that in mind with any piece of land she showed us!
