Their currently open yet not answering the phone or responding to texts.. I bought a washer and dryer set from them and had to have the dryer serviced only a month later and here less than 3 months later it needs to be serviced again and I can't get through to them 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️
If something is wrong with your appliance they expect you to trouble shoot over the phone before they will come out ... the service person on the phone is rude and assume your wrong and not willing to send someone to look at the issue... so now I will have to pay more money to have this washer serviced and then take this business to court to recoup my money spent

Best place to buy top quality used appliances! We have bought a Washer, Dryer and a Refrigerator from Cathy's and they offer a free 1 year warranty!!!

This customer used her range for 11 months when it was returned to us. She received a full refund as per Cathy's 1 year full warranty. We always aim to please our customers at Cathy's Best Value Appliance. If Ms. Burks feels we were rude to her, we certainly apologize. It is not our policy to be rude to customers, nor is it a good business practice. We do invite her to return and give us another opportunity to serve.
My husband brought a washer from you guys last yr in September, and I love it! I'm coming back for a dryer next!
