I LOVE Cathy Allen's zumba classes!! Her energy is fantastic, choreo and music are top notch, and man, you will get a fabulous workout. She is always switching in new songs, and on top of all that, she is a sweetheart of a person, a joy to be around!

Terrific zumba classes, great way to start the day in a fun atmosphere but with a good workout. Cathy is engaging and adept at the craft, while also accommodating her variety of students skill levels. I never danced before starting zumba last year, so don't be shy, give it a go! Highly recommend!

Cathy is the BEST! Not only is she a fabulous teacher, but she brings great energy and joy to every class, always smiling. She's a professional, making her easy to follow, while keeping it fun and fresh with new moves and music. She culitvates a warm feeling of community among her members, so not only is it great exercise, but also a kind and welcoming space to meet new friends. Wish I could give her 10 stars!
