I called in at least two times and there was no answer even during their listed hours( I understand the office gets busy) so I decided to call an additional time and left a detailed voicemail inquiring becoming a new patient and never got a returned call. Not a great experience when seeking mental health support. I do not recommended looking into becoming a patient here if you're seeking genuine or professional care.
Brief and to the point, got a plan worked out. She is always kind and friendly!
