I have been under care for mental health for more than 20 years. I moved and had to find a new provider in 2015 and was referred to Cathy Rubel as she was in my insurance network. For the first time in all my years of treatment, I feel as though I am being heard. I moved back in 2021 to where I had moved from back in '15. Even though it is a 71 mile drive each way, I will continue making that drive and/or having video appointments with Cathy because of the quality of care she provides.
Always enjoyable visits, great personality, pleasant demeanor.
