Cathy was an excellent! She was prompt to respond, knowledgeable in answering our questions, and proactive in explaining the many processes and forms involved in home buying. She helped us find our property, tour it, and navigate submitting and offer. Then, she took us through the whole escrow process and checked in with us even though it was over the holidays which was helpful! She has helped several other family members in their home buying experience and we've never been disappointed! Highly recommend!
We recently closed escrow on a home purchase in Escondido, CA. Our realtor was Cathy O'Malley and I would like to highly recommend her services.
