I am regretfully giving this review due to the lack of care and support and compassion I received at this center. I missed a payment for a session and missed the following session. I received a phone call from Jennifer the office administrator several weeks later reminding me that they are still looking for my payment. She showed absolutely no concern and only requested my payment, giving me options on how to pay.
