We chose Dr. Malouf because she cares for other family members. We love the fact that her office is usually empty when we arrive, we (husband and myself are scheduled appointments together), she sees us and does labs every 6 months, and she takes time with us like we are her only patients for the day. She also stay in the loop with our specialists.
