They messed up on their paperwork, sent back the money I paid them and cancelled my home owners insurance plan and didn't even tell me they did so until 10 days after it was cancelled. Then they refused to take any responsibility for their mistakes even though it's completely their fault for not processing the paperwork correctly. Worst insurance experience I have ever had.
