Unbelivable!! I ordered a pair of boots on 12/22/08 I got the email confirmation that I should receive the boots on 1/5...after 2 days passed and i didn't have the boots I emailed the company to find out what was going on, I spoke to Linda Nguyen which at was first was nice and told me she was going to get my boots out to me that she was very sorry that boots had not been shipped out.
