I had been going here since April of 2007 (so, 16 and 1/2 years). However, my recent experience here has me going somewhere else. Back in early June, I was diagnosed with a problem that I thought required urgent treatment. However, that's not what happened. I had to wait 3 weeks before I met with Dr. Berry and had surgery to correct the problem. The surgery I had in late June didn't work. If your coming here because you just found out your pregnant congratulations on your pregnancy. This isn’t the place for you, the staff can be rude and insensitive. I’m not looking for hugs and squeezes but an ounce of kindness would go a long way here. One woman at the front desk in particular is extreme amounts of rude. She shouldn’t even be allowed to handle plants or animals much less pregnant women. She’s lacking something in her life.
