This condo was a tough sell. Initially I thought about selling the condo on my own. How tough could it be? I am so happy that I did not try to sell this condo on my own. Cathy helped us get three offers and the last one stuck. Without the open houses, guidance and persistence the condo would still be on the market. I highly recommend Cathy and her team. Can’t say enough good things about Cathy Hay. Before we listed our house, we hadn’t even heard her name but a neighbour recommended her and we’re so glad. She is professional but so easy to be with and available to talk seven days a week it seems. Cathy has a thorough knowledge of the real estate market and she was able to sell our property quickly and still negotiate a deal that surpassed our expectations.
