Please, If you value your mental health, want help with your own lived experience, and/or have anything to do with Insurance companies who are paying for a report/ sessions - just dont go there. Accessed in covid as she had available sessions - now I know why. its reinforced my view its never good for any service provider to have such opposite review scores
From what I've heard, she's not a "good" psychologist at all! All she says boils down to just "get over it" without any consolation nor attempt to ease it in. This shows how unwilling she is to help a person's mental health, and from what other reviews says, I'm boldly assuming she's only after the money. Overall unprofessional, and honestly feels like her qualifications are questionable.
She asks you to leave a credit card number with her. Said her receptionist should have upsold me future sessions. Shows you what she really cares about. She treated me as if I was a fraud. Never had such a shockingly out of touch experience. Do not give her your business.
I have had a great experience with Cathy. She provides practical advice as well as compassionate insight. Her ability to recognise the various traumas I experienced is unmatched by any other professional I have met in this field.
Dr Cathy is the best psychologist. She is very knowledgeable and provides the right treatment in the right ways needed. I have been benefitted a lot with her sessions. I would recommend her 100%. Thanks
