This lady advertised a custom dress and continued to put off the deadline for months until I had to purchase a gown elsewhere just a couple months before my wedding. She stole the $2500 I paid and never furnished a dress. BEWARE!
Cathy is AMAZING!! She goes above and beyond for all her clients. She has 20+ years of experience!! When I came in with my dress it was about 2 sizes too big. She took her time and over a few months my dress was absolute perfection. I was worried about my dress being strapless and falling down and she added additional boning to make sure that did not happen on my big day. Cathy saved us at the last minute when a hole was accidentally ironed into my sister’s veil this past weekend. In an effort to fix the issue the day before the wedding, and being from out of town, we rushed to Google to find a local bridal shop that might be able to help. She answered the phone and listened to our story, agreed to help us and provided an address that she would meet us at right away. Incredibly long story short: Cathy rushed in to a failed product due to personal issues she was dealing with. She was incredibly difficult and untimely to communicate with throughout the whole process… admitted to those issues (and more) but lied and stalled to wait until she felt like she wasn’t contractually obligated to make good on the agreed upon resolution that she suggested.
