Cathy is literally the best agent to have on your team. She has so much experience and her finger on the pulse of what's going on in the market, but she will also admit if she doesn't know something off the top of her head and then she'll find the answers. She never pressured me and always really listened, but she also always tells it like it is. She found the perfect house for me in the perfect location and in my budget and I've loved it since.
