Brought in a green dress with green feathers on the sleeves and asked questions prior about protecting the feathers. When I picked up the dress the feathers were white, cinged and few. She said it was the same as when I dropped off even after showing photo's. I said not only am I not paying for dry clean but you should put in an insurance claim for dress. Nice, humble owners. It's clear that they've working hard to keep the business up and running through the pandemic.
Put in a large order for dry cleaning (30 pieces); not only did they lose my husband's pants, they also lost a pair of mine. Additionally I dropped this order off on 4/8 to be picked up on 4/18. Order wasn't ready until 4/26. No explanation given and no refund for the missing items. DO NOT USE.
Excellent customer service and tailoring. I’d highly recommend this business for its expertise.
