Nice, humble owners. It's clear that they've working hard to keep the business up and running through the pandemic.
Put in a large order for dry cleaning (30 pieces); not only did they lose my husband's pants, they also lost a pair of mine. Additionally I dropped this order off on 4/8 to be picked up on 4/18. Order wasn't ready until 4/26. No explanation given and no refund for the missing items. DO NOT USE.
Excellent customer service and tailoring. I’d highly recommend this business for its expertise.
