The head massage was amazing and the whole salon was super friendly. I was really happy with how my hair turned out. The main issue was pricing transparency. There was no quote or discussion of costs beforehand, and the website pricing appears to be out of date, as the final cost was significantly more than any hair appointment I’ve had previously (they charge by the hour). I’d recommend asking for a full quote upfront before booking or starting your appointment.
I have been coming to Cath’s for more than 10 years. You cannot get better anywhere in QLD. The nanoplasty straightening treatment is absolutely amazing. My frizz is gone, even 3 months later, and even in this humidity.
I always have a wonderful experience at Caths! From the moment I walk in, I am welcomed and relaxed. The space is beautifully styled, clean, and has a really calming atmosphere. My stylist took the time to really listen to what I wanted, gave me great advice, and made sure I was comfortable the whole way through. Highly recommended Caths Hair Studio. I have been a long term client due to the high level of customer service and excellent hair dressing skills. I have long, thick hair and it is hard to find someone to cut and thin it properly and Caths are exceptional. You don't just get a haircut at Caths Hair Studio, you have an experience.
