I have been seeing Dr Puskarich for over a year. She has been fantastic in helping me deal with all that has been going on in my life: self esteem issues, divorce, loss of my mom. I am happy I found her as a therapist
When talking with her about my eating disorder, her recommendation was to workout more. She left me with few recommendations on how to cope with my anxiety and I didn’t feel heard or understood at all.
Unfortunately, I will never forget the time she breached my privacy and told my family member private matters. I lost all trust for her after that and it took me awhile to trust any therapist again.
